Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of health-related work or a doctoral degree in a relevant field.
    • Medical Student Waivers: Requirement waived for U.S. medical students with two years of study or international medical graduates.
  • Academic Requirements: Completion of one course each in math, introductory biology, and a health-related science.
  • Quantitative Skills: Strong academic performance, with transcripts or optional standardized tests (e.g., GRE, MCAT, GMAT, LSAT) demonstrating quantitative skills.
  • Career Goals: A clear understanding of how public health aligns with career goals in the Statement of Purpose.
  • Recommendation Letters: Three letters of recommendation, including at least one professional and one academic.
  • Additional Requirements for International Students: Including English proficiency (TOEFL iBT 100, PBT 600, or IELTS 7).
  • Credit Transfer: Up to 16 non-degree credits may apply toward the MPH degree if completed within five years of enrollment.
