  3. Submit Required Documents:
    • Academic Transcript: Submit unofficial or self-reported transcripts for each institution attended for at least one academic year. If unavailable, use the self-reported transcript template. Transcripts should include degree conferred and conferral date if applicable.
    • Resume: Include a resume that summarizes your intellectual, personal, and professional experiences, with a one-page limit for each decade after secondary school.
